Emigrand Art Hotel — is not just a place to relax, but a story about a home you always want to return to. The family that founded the hotel has traveled the world for many years, living in different countries and discovering other cultures and ways of life. However, wherever they were, their heart always yearned back to their native Ukraine.
This feature of constant returning home inspired the name Emigrand, which symbolizes emigration to different parts of the world, and "Grand" refers to the traditions of luxury hotels, known for their high quality of service and special atmosphere.
About us
Once upon a time, in faraway New York at the beginning of the turbulent 1960s, in his own studio in Manhattan, one genius forever changed the perception of modern art.
This was the young artist Andy Warhol, an ethnic Lemko-Ukrainian who was born among the Transcarpathian hills into a family that cherished and passed down from generation to generation the customs and artistic traditions of their native people.

One day, he conquered the world with the bright colors of pop art, like magic, weaving into them the invisible but very powerful energy of the Carpathian region: the colors and symbols that Andy forever retained in his memories from his Ukrainian parents.
The colorful ornaments of Lemko traditional costumes, embroidery, and Easter egg paintings reminded him of his paternal roots in a foreign land. They became the soul of his paintings, in which the American idol of pop art immortalized the cult phenomena of the new era of world art.
This fabulous art adventure could have been lost among the American horizons. But no, it continues to live in the very heart of Transcarpathia — multicultural Uzhhorod, creating a space where the boldness of pop art intertwines with the soul of Carpathian color.
Emigrand Art Hotel continues the story inspired by the echo of the same colorful Easter eggs that inspired the genius and recreates a cultural heritage shrouded in the spirit of returning to one's roots. In our concept, we combined American style, symbolizing courage and openness, with Ukrainian ethnic motifs that are reminiscent of Andy Warhol's Ukrainian roots.
